GAP is a registered NPC and 100% Black owned. GAP is a brainchild of Dos Productions a production company that has been providing theatre productions, training and documentaries in South Africa since 1998. Dos Productions is MICT SETA accredited

The Graduate Arts Projects (GAP) was launched in Dec 2013 at the State Theatre Mzansi Festival as a showcase platform. 7 graduate students from Tshwane University of Technology were tasked to write, compose, choreograph and direct 15min new and original South African musicals and staged them at the festivals in front of investors. The rationale for the 15min duration was to attract potential sponsors to choose specific productions for development.

Our programmes aim to allow Graduates to gain first-hand experience within the Arts industry and offer an opportunity through master classes to interact with industry giants and Living Legends from composers, directors, technicians and more.
Ultimately GAP wants to create quality talents that can be exported, create job opportunities and sustainability.

The organisation is made of a team of passionate young Artstrepreneurs that are driven by empowerment initiatives that encourages the development of sustainable businesses
